Great Nottinghamshire Bike Ride

The Great Nottinghamshire Bike Ride completed its 27th year in 2008 and is successfully organised by Nottinghamshire County Council. The ride is sponsored by Boots and has four associated local charities for which riders are encouraged to raise sponsorship funds. Over 4,200 riders took part last year completing distances from 2 to 100 miles. Local businesses were involved for the first time through the Freeth Cartwright Corporate Challenge.
