      How To Use Challenges

alt image textEveryday Cycling Challenges are a great way of keeping you motivated and racking up the miles. Everyday Cycling allows you to set Challenges and use your Activity Log to record your progress. Challenges can be based on mileage (e.g. 100 miles in a month) or on trips (5 trips to work in a week). It's up to you. You can make your challenge as hard or as easy as you want.

Setting a Challenge is Easy:

Step 1: Log into Everyday Cycling at the top right of the page. Don't worry if you're not registered, it's free, only takes a few moments and allows you to access the full functionality of the site.

Step 2: Click on MY EVERYDAY CYCLING and then My Challenges on the menu bar

Step 3: Click on 'Add a New Challenge' and then simply fill in the boxes below. You can choose a 'trip' challenge (e.g. a ride to the shops, work, college etc - any utility cycling) or a mileage based challenge. When you're done, hit 'Save Challenge' and that's it, the gauntlet is thrown down.

You can edit or cancel your challenges by going back into the My Challenges pages and following the instructions. You can also view your progress and manage your challenges here.
