dragon_ride_200UK distributor Onimpex and Museeuw Bikes are to enter into a 2 year deal supporting The Dragon Ride, which winds its way through the challenging Brecon Beacons and takes in some of the longest and hardest climbs of any sportive in Britain.

Onimpex and Museeuw Bikes will provide technical advice on 'building the perfect sportive bicycle' in the run up to the event itself in a series of articles to run on the Dragon Ride website.

Built around the revolutionary and ultra comfortable flax framed Museeuw MF5 frame, the articles will take an in-depth look the very best components, shoes and clothing available to the sportive rider from around the world.

"This is really exciting for us," adds Ken Jones of Onimpex UK Ltd, "The Dragon Ride is the biggest event of its kind in the UK and the most established. We know they have big plans for the future and both we as a company and Museeuw Bikes in Belgium share their vision."

The Dragon Ride will be running its 5th anniversary event in 2008 with a new out of town start and finish location but still taking in the leg breaking climb of the Bwlch and the long sweep across the Brecon Beacons.

This year 3000 riders from all over the world will travel to south Wales to take part in the event and Onimpex together with Museeuw will be present to display their superb range of top Italian and Belgian products and tackle the fire breathing bike ride for themselves.
